Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, got acquainted with
the disinfection works carried out at the high traffic sites.
The Open Kazan system received more than 3.9 thousand
requests for disinfection of entrances
Disinfection of public areas in apartment buildings is
underway on a daily basis. Up to 85% of entrances are being disinfected every
day. Iskander Giniyatullin, deputy head of the Executive Committee, reported to
the Mayor that over the past week, the Open Kazan system received 659 requests
for disinfection of staircases, and a total of 3942 such requests have been
received since the beginning of work.
During the inspection of one of the entrances at Pavlyukhin
street, 97, Alexander Nazarov, Director General of the Remontservice company,
reported to the Mayor that all public areas are cleaned daily with chlorine-containing
detergents.
Every day, 1,900
tons of waste are collected in Kazan, which is 20% more than before the
introduction of the self-isolation regime
In the courtyard of houses 97 and 99 at Pavlyukhin
street, the Mayor also inspected the trash enclosure, which allows citizens to collect
waste separately. Iskander Giniyatullin reminded that 1,900 tons of waste are
collected in Kazan every day, which is 20% more than before the introduction of
the self-isolation regime.
The Mayor of Kazan noted that the volume of waste collected
today is comparable to a railway train. “The wish to the entire housing and
utilities complex is to take out garbage and clean up in a timely manner.
Maintaining cleanliness, timely waste collection, disinfection of entrances-it
is important to keep this work under control,”- the Mayor emphasized.
Since last week,
bus shelters are cleaned by Dezgran detergent
Then I. Metshin supervised the disinfection of
pedestrian subways. At the intersection of Nazarbayev and Kachalov streets, the
Director of the MUE Gorodskiye mosty Stanislav Sorokin said that disinfection
is carried out daily, it takes about half an hour to spray one pedestrian subway.
Bus shelters in the city are sprayed with a special
disinfectant Dezgran for the second week in a row.
The Mayor of Kazan commended the work and instructed
to continue performing all the measures necessary in the current conditions.
