A new digital platform, “My Kazan”, launches today in the capital of Tatarstan. All important information will be automatically forwarded to citizens via email or the Telegram bot. Ekaterina Yambarsheva, director of the Kazan City Public Center, informed about the new website at the Business Monday meeting.
“The key feature of “My Kazan” is that information will come directly to the person's address. This is a proactive approach and our goal is to make residents aware of this new resource. We hope that the product will run smoothly. I urge digital service providers to keep an eye on the product,”- said Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan.
Now, all the useful information is located on one website in special sections: City Services, Services and Projects.
The interactive map section informs about outages, park landscaping and adjacent areas. Information about scheduled and unscheduled outages is automatically updated in real time through the Open Kazan system.
The deadlines for completing work, the reason for it, and the responsible organization is available at the facility’s description. This will help you quickly resolve any issues that may arise. To receive automatic notifications about important events, you need to register on the Gosuslugi website or the VKontakte social network.
User information is filled in automatically, and you can add multiple locations to your profile at once.
