information work with the population on the transition to digital terrestrial
television broadcasting continues in the capital of the RT. “I ask
residents to be understanding of the work carried out and to hold in advance
measures for the transition to digital broadcasting”, said R. Khannanov. Residents of apartment buildings can
restore a common house antenna on the basis of the decision of the general
meeting of tenants. The decision must be secured by the protocol, having
entered into an agreement with a contracting organization in the field of
services for collective television reception systems, explained the speaker.
In addition,
by a decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the RT, changes were made to the
regional overhaul of common property in apartment buildings, he added. Thus,
the installation and repair of collective television reception systems have
been included in the overhaul program to ensure the reception and distribution
of digital and analog television broadcasting signals in multi-apartment
buildings.

citizens for the transition, reminded R. Khannanov. The list includes large
families and families raising disabled children with an average per capita
income below the subsistence minimum, single pensioners over 70 years old
living alone and disabled persons living alone with an average per capita
income of fewer than 20 thousand rubles a month. You can apply for compensation
