The
full-time stage of the Route of Inspiration project of the Inspirers
All-Russian movement is completing in the capital of Tatarstan, which helps
teenagers aged 14-18 to discover their strengths and take the first steps to
realize their dreams. On the final day of the project, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor
of Kazan, met with its participants at the Vostok children's health camp.
Fifty-eight
teenagers from Kazan and the republic of Tatarstan took part at the Route of
Inspiration. Together with the “inspirers” they passed a unique training “The
Way to the Dream”, practiced in creating their own projects and organized
large-scale activities.
One of the
mentors of the project, the chair of the ANO “Vdokhnoviteli” (The Inspirers) Mikhail
Paley, said that the distinctive feature of the Route of Inspiration is the
depth of work with personality, culture and values.
The head of
the city shared his experience of realization of the dreams and people who can
inspire on the way. He noted that for many, the main inspirers are parents,
coaches and teachers. “It is a great happiness when you already have a goal
from childhood to which you need to move,”- I. Metshin said. “It is important
to get an education, become the best in your profession, no matter which one
you choose and enjoy working. It is no wonder they say: find your favorite business
so that you don't work a day, because in this case you create and fully given
to what you love to do,”- the Mayor said.
Last week,
teenagers participated at a sports festival in the Basket Hall. During the day,
the participants of the Route of Inspiration organized the work of the site:
they developed a plan for the location of activities in the hall, launched a
laser tag, an obstacle course and an area for cyber competitions. In total,
about 300 participants took part in the event. Kazan schoolchildren and their
parents became the guests of the festival.
Under the
guidance of professional artists, teenagers created an art object on Ostrovsky
Street, symbolizing the pursuit of their dreams, overcoming difficulties and
finding inspiration. The famous Kazan graffiti artist Azat Aleyev (Sly Dog)
developed the sketch of the drawing.
By the end
of this year, the stages of the Route of Inspiration project are also being
implemented in Sevastopol, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk and Tula regions and
other regions of Russia. Any teenager between from 14 to 18 can become a
participant after passing the competitive selection.
For
reference, in May 2022, a three-day program of meetings of participants of the
Inspirers movement with schoolchildren of the city was held in Kazan. In total,
the “inspirers” held classes at 36 schools of the city. Ilsur Metshin, the
Mayor of the capital of Tatarstan, agreed on further cooperation with the head
of the association.
The
Inspirers movement was founded in Russia with the support of the All-Russian National
Front in May 2021. It has brought together 120 activists – leaders in various areas
who have achieved outstanding results and pass on their experience to children
and teenagers. During the year, the movement's participants held meetings with
teenagers in more than 30 regions of the country.
