In the yards of apartment buildings on Sh. Usmanova Street, as well as at
11 Voskhod Street, repairs are being carried out for the first time in 50
years. These include asphalt repairs, the laying of new sidewalks, the
installation of lighting poles, the landscaping of two playgrounds, a workout
area, and a basketball court, as well as the updating of a tennis table. The property
management company planted more than 300 trees and shrubs in the yard at their
own expense.
The flower beds, designed and installed in the yard, have become the
highlight of the landscaping project. The property management company of the
Moskovsky district, at their own expense, undertook to landscape the yard on an
area of 1,900 square meters: they planted a lawn and 310 trees and bushes, including
pine trees, chestnut trees, and lilacs.
Residents expressed gratitude for the work done in their yard.
«The district administration and architects have done a great job. The
way it was and the way it became- as heaven and hell. Well done, you have put
your hearts into this project, and discussed it with the locals. Additionally,
the houses in the courtyard are being renovated. Now residents can spend their
time outdoor with pleasure,» - the Mayor noted.
As part of this renovation, a major repair of the five-story building at
22 Sh. Usmanova Street is underway under the Our Yard program.
The renovation is completed by 47.5%, and repairs are expected to be
completed within a month.
This year, the renovation program will be carried out at 226 apartment buildings.
Currently, work on the facilities has been completed by more than 36%.
