From this year, the Kazan Executive Committee has been
providing 45 municipal services electronically. In 70% of cases, residents
apply for them, said Dmitry Kremlev, head of the Department of information
technologies and communications, today at the Business Monday.
“We have come a long way, but there is still more to
go. After our first plans and projects were implemented, we realized how much
the city is changing and the quality of life is improving. We have not yet transferred
the entire scope of municipal services into a digital, but we already have the
first results”, - said Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan.
Dmitry Kremlev explained that all municipal digital
services are displayed on the Tatarstan portal of state and municipal services,
28 services are integrated with the automated information system of the Multifunctional
Public Digital Services (MPFC).
Over the 11 months of 2020, 45,549 digital services
were provided to applicants. 65% of requests were received through the
Tatarstan portal of state and municipal services.
“Another effective digital service was the
introduction of the “Public discussions” information system in Kazan in 2018.
It allows working with the reference to the territory and specifying the exact
information included in the project of urban planning solutions. The discussion
is held online, access to information and the possibility of participation are
determined automatically based on the USIA account”, - D.Kremlev explained.
According to him, today public discussion of urban
development issues is a standard task for the Department of Architecture. Therefore,
specialists of this department of the Executive Committee held more than 470
public discussions with the participation of more than 4 thousand citizens.
