Mayor of Kazan conducts final exam at Kazan University Law Department
(KZN.RU, February 3, by Alisa Rozanova) Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin sat on the examination board for finals in the theory of the state and law taken by the students of Kazan (Volga) Federal University Department of Law.
Note that in 1991, Ilsur Metshin graduated from Kazan University with a degree in jurisprudence, and in 1999 he completed graduate studies in Moscow defending his thesis on the theory of the state and law.
In December 2010, Ilsur Metshin was elected Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the law department of Kazan (Volga) Federal University.
