March 6, Zilya Gayfi). Results of the annual city contest “Woman of the Year.
Man of the Year: by a Woman's View” were summed up on the eve of the
International Women's Day at the Kazan City Hall. Representatives of the fair
sex, successfully working in various fields: healthcare, education, culture,
politics, industry and business, as well as mothers with many children,
exemplifying the strength and value of family relations, gathered in the hall
today.
Ilsur
Metshin congratulated women on the coming holiday on behalf of all Kazan men,
deputies, business leaders and business community: “I am sincerely glad to
welcome you on this spring day. Today the best of the best are in the hall. You
are our colleagues in all spheres. You are our support and always give cause
for pride. We, in turn, will do everything possible to ensure that you live in
the best, most comfortable city. Love and be loved. I sincerely congratulate
you on the spring holiday”, the Mayor addressed the women.
Women and
men who made a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of
the republic and the city, to the development of culture, science, education of
the younger generation, to strengthening the family institution, are among the
awarded. As a result of the competition, the winners were determined in 9
categories. The awarding ceremony was accompanied by creative performances and
a video series telling about the participants and winners of the contest.
Raisa
Vernikovskaya won the nomination “Woman – Mother”, who brings up ten children
with her husband. There are more than 60 certificates and diplomas for
victories and participation in various competitions and festivals in the large,
active and friendly Vernikovskys family. The winner does not consider herself
to be a heroine, but just a usual mother, who is very fond of her children.
Stella
Pisareva, an honorary director of the Museum of History of the KFU, was awarded
the title “Woman - Culture and Spirituality”. She devoted her life entirely to
museum art, her work experience is more than 70 years. Stella Pisareva's many
years of work are noted by the Letter of Gratitude of the President of
Tatarstan, numerous certificates and diplomas for contribution to educational activities.
The winner
in the nomination “Woman - Business Lady” was Elena Tikhonova, the director of
the OOO “MasterCity”, the creator of the children's city of the professions
“KidSpace’. 80 employees work under her supervision. Children get acquainted with
different professions through the game in the children's city, created by the
mother of three children. Elena Tikhonova actively participates in charity:
more than 600 children from low-income families, orphans and disabled people
were able to take part in the projects of the children's city of the
professions “KidSpace”.
Anastasiya
Kolesova, the chairman of the board of the AO Tatsotsbank, a deputy of the
State Council of the RT, became the “Woman - Leader” this year. In 2016, the
bank won the contest and became the operator of the concessional lending
program at the municipal level in support of small and medium-sized businesses.
Anastasia Kolesova is an active public figure, involved in charity, as well as
the mother of two daughters.
Olga
Nizamieva, the associate professor of the Civil Law Department of the KFU, and
Dina Sharifullina, the leading design engineer of the NGO GIPO, shared the
victory in the nomination “Woman-Scientist”. Olga Nizamieva is the author of
more than 100 scientific works, directs the student circle, is awarded the
Letter of Gratitude of the Ministry of Education and Science of the RT, and she
is an arbitrator at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the RT. The ability
to focus on the details, oratorical talent and energy of search allowed her to
take a worthy place in the scientific community. Dina Sharifullina is no less
well-known in the professional circle of a scientist-practitioner, engaged in
the development of optical circuits. The merit of Dina Nurgazizovna is
co-authored in 17 patents.
Natalia
Fishman, an assistant to the President of the RT, named the “Woman of the
Year”, who has been in charge of the program of public spaces development since
March 2015. Thanks to her activities, the park Chernoe Ozero, the park on
Academic Parin Street, the Uritzky Park, the Krylia Sovetov Park, the
Gorkinsko-Ometevsky forest and others are well-equipped. Townspeople actively
participate in the discussion of the renovation of urban recreation areas.
Tatyana
Voskresenskaya, an electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical
equipment of PAO “Kazan Helicopter Plant”, and Tatiana Fomina, the head of
assembly and assembly shop of PAO “Kazan Electrotechnical Plant”, won the
nomination “My destiny is my profession”. Good organizational skills of Tatyana
Voskresenskaya, a well-deserved veteran of the plant, have been helping to
solve complex production problems for several years. In addition, she is a
worthy successor to the family tradition: the total work experience of her family
members at this plant is 139 years. Another winner in the nomination, Tatiana
Fomina, has been working for 30 years at the electrical plant. A unique
platform for mastering skills, which is successfully applied to the enterprise,
was created under her leadership.
The
nomination “The Hero of the Third Age” was won by Lydia Anchikova, the director
of the OOO “Avicenna Endocrinology”. Lydia Anchikova is an Honored Doctor of
the RT, whose name is associated with many successes of the school of
endocrinology. She was the first in the city to open a private medical clinic,
which was recognized as one of the best in Russia in 2014.
In addition
to rewarding the beautiful half of humanity, men who achieved significant
success in professional and social activities were also noted today. Thus,
Rustem Khasanov, the director of the charity fund “Day of Good Deeds”,
acknowledged “A Man of a Noble Heart”. Rustem Khasanov is the author of
numerous charitable projects, the largest of which is the manufacture of
furniture for special children. More than 1000 children have already received
such gift. The gratitude of the Mayor of Kazan went to Ildar Kalimullin, a
pensioner, the guard of the kindergarten № 79 in the Privolzhsky district,
known in the city for making yard sculptures.
Ilsur
Metshin also presented city awards to Kazan residents who made a significant
contribution to the development of the Tatarstan’s capital. An Honorary title
“Honored Economist of the Republic of Tatarstan” was awarded to Roza
Sharafutdinova, the chief accountant of the MUE “Ritual”. The distinction “For
the impeccable service of Kazan” was awarded to Lyudmila Shishkina, the head of
the standardization department of the PAO “Kazan Helicopter Plant”.
Ruchania
Zalyaletdinova, a grinder of the AO KMPO, Lidia Ivanova, a museum inspector of
the KMPO, Elena Solovieva, a nurse of the surgical room of the city children's
polyclinic №7, Natalia Tishenkova, the director of the children's art school №
1, were awarded certificates of honor.
The gratitude
of the Mayor of Kazan went to Zulfiya Gibadullina, the labor economist of PAO
“Kazanorgsintez”, and Elena Fedorushkina, the director of the House of Culture
in the Krasnaya Gorka village. In addition, the Mayor’s Letter of Gratitude was
presented to the family of Igor Ashcheulov and Alfiya Ashcheulova, who brought
up six children.
At the end
of the holiday participants of the ceremony were traditionally congratulated by
the deputies of the Kazan City Duma, who prepared a creative performance for
them. Video greetings from Valery Meladze, Soso Pavliashvili, Lev Leshchenko,
Alexander Revva and other famous Russian men became a pleasant surprise for the
women in the hall.
