During this time, 26 kindergartens and 15 schools were built in Kazan, as well as 12 geriatric centers were opened, overhauls were carried out in educational and cultural institutions, and the construction of key roads was completed. Since this year, seven more national projects have been added to the list. This was announced by Ildar Shakirov, deputy head of the Executive Committee, at the Business Monday meeting.
New national projects include population preservation and health promotion, family support, realization of individual potential, creation of a comfortable and safe environment, environmental well-being, economic development, technological leadership, and digital transformation of management and the social sphere.
Kazan participates in implementation of 9 out of 12 national in Tatarstan, which are being carried out in 25 regional projects. More than 7 billion rubles were allocated for these projects this year, including 5 billion from the federal budget and 2.5 billion from the republican budget.
