March 6). Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, and Ilsur Metshin,
the Mayor of Kazan, congratulated the employees of the MUE “Metroelectrotrans”
on the International Women's Day today.
About 70%
of the MUE employees are women, and this is more than 2 thousand people. These
are drivers of buses, trolleybuses, and trams, locksmiths, conductors,
engineers, and accountants. The work experience of some of them is about 40
years. In total, more than 3 thousand people work in the “Metroelectrotrans”
today.
Within the
framework of the meeting, the President awarded the winners of the “Avtoledi”
contest. After that, Asfan Galyavov, the general director of the MUE
“Metroelectrotrans”, introduced Rustam Minnikhanov to the work of the
electrodepo production buildings, showed window panes for metro trains, which
are produced on their own base, reports IA “Tatar-inform”. The head of the
republic inspected the repair shops and the training center. The President of
the RT was demonstrated the uniform of the MUE “Metroelectrotrans” employees,
which is sewn right there in its own sewing workshop.
The meeting
with the women's collective of the enterprise was held in a relaxed atmosphere
at the festive table. The workers were able to ask Rustam Minnikhanov questions
on the topics of interest to them. In the end, the President of the RT awarded
the best workers of the “Metroelectrotrans”, giving them State awards and
gratitude.
