Ilsur Metshin topped the rating of capitals’ heads of the VFD for 2016
(KZN.RU, January 31). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, won the first place in the media-rating of the information-analytical system “Medialogia” among the capitals’ heads of the Volga Federal District subjects for 2016.
The media-index of Ilsur Metshin made 39707.97 points, according to the analysis of federal and regional mass media. Media reported that Ilsur Metshin took part in the ceremony to launching the countdown clock to the World Cup 2018. Also the notable event in the media was the nomination of Ilsur Metshin, the President of the Kazan “Rubin”, as the candidate for the new composition of the Executive Committee of the Russian Football Union (RFU) by the Russian Football Premier League. In addition, the media reported that Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, intends to buy seven zebras for the Kazan zoological and botanic garden.
Valery Saraev, the Mayor of Saratov, is in second place of the media-rating (26480.86 points), on the third place – Oleg Frusov, the head of Samara (15888.05 points).
The rating is based on the media base "Medialogia" system, consisting of more than 37700 of the most influential sources: TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, news agencies, and online media. The Mayor of Kazan has repeatedly led the media-ratings of the first capitals’ persons of the VFD subjects.
