The growth rate of the industrial production index of the Sovetsky district was 141.1%

(KZN.RU, February 1). The growth rate of the industrial production index of the Sovetsky district of Kazan increased by 29.1% and amounted to 141.1% (in 2015 - 112%) for the first 11 months of 2016. Rustem Gafarov, the head of the district administration, said this during the report to Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan.  The AO “KOMZ” (179.2%), the AO “Schvabe-Technological Laboratory” (171.1%), the OAO “Kazankompressormash” (141%), the AO NPO “GIPO” (130.6%), the OAO “ICL – KME CS” (129.5%) were the leaders in the growth rate.

The Sovetsky district of Kazan is the leader among regions in terms of growth rate of the volume of goods, shipped in relation to January-November 2015, which amounted to 139.7%. In total, large and medium-sized enterprises shipped goods of own production totaling 38.5 billion rubles. Gains in trade and services increased by 700 million rubles - to 9.1 billion rubles.

Small and medium business is a relatively high share in the structure of the district's economy - 36.8%.

R. Gafarov also said that new enterprises were opened in the district during the year, such as the OA “Stella-K”, which manufactures systems of air assets protection from man-portable air defense systems. Investment in the creation of the company amounted to more than half a billion rubles, 246 new jobs were created. The AO “Rychag” engaged in additional equipment of helicopters "Mi-8" by means of electronic warfare. 94 jobs were created there, and more than 300 million rubles of investments were attracted.

In addition, the multifunctional trade and logistics complex “TsemMarket” of the holding “Eurocement Group” opened with an investment of 500 million rubles, and with the creation of 150 new jobs. “Power of the holding allows building up to 100 million square meters of housing”, said R. Gafarov.

Last year, more than 30 new trade objects appeared in the district, including a new store format, which sells farm products, where farmers can bring the surplus from their sites if they have a certificate.

The unemployment rate in the districts is maintained traditionally low - only 0.6%.

Metshin thanked the head of the Soviet district administration and his team for their productive and successful work. “In general,this is a large district, totally dissimilar, if you take Derbyshki, Tankodrom, Azino-1, Azino-2, Center, of course, and there are different people, industry, but you deal with this situation with honor. I wish you that 2017 would be the same creative and productive”, concluded the Mayor of Kazan.
