Sergei Mironov reported to the Mayor of Kazan on the “cappuccino index”

(KZN.RU, January 24, Alsu Safina). At the end of 2016, the index of industrial production of the Kirovsky and the Moskovsky districts of Kazan was 106.9% compared to 2015. Sergei Mironov, the head of the districts administration, said Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, in the annual report that the volume of shipped goods of own production amounted to 106.9 billion rubles - about 40% of the total volume of the city.

Sergei Mironov also gave the following data in the report: the amount of investment in the economy was 20 billion rubles last year, which is 4 billion rubles more than in the same period last year. The OAO “Heat Company”, the “Kazan TEP-3”, the PAO “Kazanorgsintez”, the OOO “Danaflex-Nano” and others have invested in the development.

The head of the Kirovsky and the Moskovsky districts administration drew attention to the increase in business entities. A little more than 15 thousand legal entities and about 8 thousand individual entrepreneurs were registered in the districts. Thus, an increase of 1 444 legal entities and 297 individual entrepreneurs occurred in comparison with the previous year.

“Quality of life is determined by the consumption of citizens: service availability, assortment breadth and availability of goods, the so-called “index of cappuccino”, said Sergei Mironov. He said that 1618 objects of the consumer market and services are operating in the Kirovsky and the Moskovsky districts. 53 objects with total area of 7550 square meters were introduced in 2016. The total investment amounted to 137 million rubles.

10.3 billion rubles have been collected in all the tax levels of the budget in the district for 2016.

S. Mironov dwelled on topics of housing, repair of houses, yards and roads. About 342 thousand square meters of roads and sidewalks have been repaired in the Kirovsky and the Moskovsky districts last year. In addition, the highway on school routes was put in standard condition. 631 million rubles has been allocated for the development of road infrastructure. “It is important that funds for road repairs on Gorkovskoe Highway additionally allocated to Kazan by the decision of the President of the RT”, noted the head of the districts administration.

He said that last year, 36 homes have been repaired on nearly 323 million rubles. 11 thousand people live in these houses. Total overhaul was carried out in 566 apartment buildings of the Kirovsky and the Moskovsky districts on nearly 3 billion rubles in 2008. It is possible to improve the living conditions of more than 92 thousand people.

As for the new housing, the 17 apartment houses on 2690 apartments were put into operation in the territory of the Kirovsky and the Moskovsky districts for 2016. 7 buildings of the RC “Volzhskaya Gavan” (the village Staroe Arakchino) are among the completed projects, and the first three houses of the RC “Zalesny City” were settled. According to S. Mironov, 12 housing facilities are under construction today in the districts with total area of 231,000 square meters in 2772 apartments, including the RC “Zalesny City”, the RC “Kazansu”, the RC “Vidny”, the RC “Eurasia” and others.

Also repair of yards in 337 houses was for made during 2011-2016. Almost 635 million rubles was spent for this purpose, including in 2016 - for the repair of 45 yards of houses. Nearly 3,900 new parking spaces were created, 705 of which in 2016. “All modern approaches have been implemented in the yard of the house on Kulakhmetov, 25, where there are playground, graffiti, and convenient infrastructure”, said Sergei Mironov.

Speaking of social policy, the head of the districts said that the pool “Olympian” and 4 universal playgrounds were opened in 2016.

According to Ilsur Metshin, a large amount of work was carried out during the year, districts showed good dynamic. “Districts are extensive, complex and heterogeneous. There are national and municipal programs, but you do not sit still. The results are good”, concluded the Mayor.
