Renovated houses are decorated with light illumination in the Kirovsky and the Moskovsky districts

(KZN.RU, January 24). It is planned to install a light illumination on capitally renovated houses this year the Kirovsky and the Moskovsky districts of Kazan. Sergei Mironov, the head of the districts’ administration, told this Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, at a meeting on the results of work in 2016.

“The key criterion of qualitative performance of major repairs is not only in updating of engineering services, but also in creating an accurate and cozy appearance of entrances and yards: covering wires in boxes, individual design solution of each facade and yard”, assured Sergei Mironov. “We talked with management companies and contractors who work in the districts, they will take on the additional workload and make light illumination. It will be prepared, and could be switched on during the festivities”, explained the head of the districts’ administration. “It is planned to equip 39 houses this year”.

Another idea to increase the attractiveness of the appearance of urban space is the consistently changing thematic installations and art objects, related to a particular time of year and holiday dates, taking into account the official city’s identity. Sergei Mironov said that at the end of 2016, sponsors’ funds allowed to buy more than 250 light installations, placed on the three central streets of the district: Dekabristov, Vakhitov, Ibragimov, the bridge crossings and the central avenues in the Uritsky Park. Now, when the holidays are behind, these installations are switched off.
