All schools older than 30 years in the Aviastroitelny district of Kazan were repaired

(KZN.RU, January 20). Administration of the Aviastroitelny and the Novo-Savinovsky districts rose from 7th to 3rd place in the national ranking of the best municipal districts “for the high quality of education” by the end of last school year. Timur Alibaev, the head of the districts, told about these and other developments on traditional reports to Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of the city.

According to T. Alibaev, educational institutions of districts showed a positive trend in 2016 in the other Republican ratings, too, taking the 6th place in the field of education and additional education of children, and 4th in the final stage of the All-Russian Olympiad. In addition, 10 institutions of the Aviastroitelny and the Novo-Savinovsky districts are included in the republican rating of 100 best schools, and the gymnasium №7 and the lyceum №177 - in the Russian top 500 best schools. “50% of districts’ institutions increased their rating compared to last year”’ said Timur Alibaev.

Separately, the head of the Aviastroitelny and the Novo-Savinovsky districts noted the achievements of educators who annually become winners of “Teacher of the Year" republican contest. Aidar Shamsutdinov, the director of the school №165, took 2nd place in the All-Russian contest “The Headmaster 2016” last year, and Dilyara Karimova, the director of the school №146, became its winner.

The fact that teachers of the Aviastroitelny and the Novo-Savinovsky districts received grants worth over 16 million rubles in 2016, which is 4 times more than in 2015, indicates an increase in the professional level of teachers, according to Timur Alibaev.

Considering that the development of the city education system is not possible without the creation of appropriate conditions for the education of children, special attention is paid to areas of major repair of schools and kindergartens. All schools older than 30 years have already been repaired for today in the Aviastroitelny district, and kindergartens will be next. The kindergarten № 365 “Delfinenok” was renovated, the kindergarten for 120 places “Zolotye Businy” was put into operation in 2016.

“More than 30 objects were repaired within five years of the program on overhaul of schools in the Novo-Savinovsky and the Aviastroitelny districts. For today, 58% of educational institutions are after a major overhaul”, reported the head of the administration. According to T. Alibaev, repair of the №112 school’s second building and three kindergartens №141, 165 and 346 is in the plans for 2017.
