January 19, Alsu Safina). Reports of structural subdivisions of the Executive
Committee to Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of the city, started in Kazan today. The
Financial management and the Committee of improvements were the first to sum up
the activities for 2016.
Igor
Kulyazhev, the chairman of the Committee of improvements, reported Ilsur
Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, on a number of major completed projects, including
the improvement of urban parks and gardens, repair of roads, landscaping,
flower decoration of the city and street lighting. 1331 light-points were
installed in the city last year.
Installation
of 220 light-points in residential areas Borisoglebskoe, Zalesny, Otary,
Salmachi, Malye Klyki was made by national funds. 5 million rubles were
allocated from the Tatarstan budget for the restoration of outdoor lighting
networks in the past year.

light-points in the amount of 56 million rubles have been established along the
roads, within the school routes. This was done also on the republican budget
funds, allocated for the bringing these routes to the standards.
In
addition, 56 light-points were installed on the streets Podluzhnaya,
Belomorskaya - Chapaev, on the access road to the house on the Ershov Street at
the expense of the city budget, including 22 light-points using composite
bearings.
“The
increase of light-points was made possible as a result of commissioning of the
outdoor lighting system, built under the construction of new and reconstruction
of existing road infrastructure, residential areas, places of mass recreation,
as well as the transfer of municipal property in a newly built networks in
residential areas. In total, the growth of light-points is amounted to 13
thousand, about 20%, over the last four years”, said I. Kulyazhev.
Speaking of
artificial structures, he said that the problem of underpasses on the Big Kazan
ring, built in 2010, facade tiles of which was flaked. Tiles on two underpasses
were replaced: at River College and the Gladilova street. 2 million rubles were
allocated from the city budget for this purpose. Also Igor Kulyazhev said that
the company “Gorodskie Mosty” has replaced three dilapidated wooden pedestrian
bridges in the residential area Boriskovo last year.
The
chairman of the Committee drew attention to the fact that the contest
procedures are currently taking place, the results of which will determine the
contractor for the design and construction of the bridge across the river Noks,
connecting residential areas Salmachi and Vishnevka, instead of the road with
culverts that had deteriorated.
