December 15). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, attended the opening of the
new House of Culture in the Nagorny village today. The multi-center, built by
the republican program “Rural clubs”, will serve more than 15 thousand
residents of five residential areas: Nagorny, Novaya Sosnovka, Karier, Aki,
Tsaritsynsky hill.
The Mayor
visited the House of Culture and congratulated the residents with a new
important object in the social infrastructure of the village. Ilsur Metshin
thanked Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, for the possibility of
building object. The Mayor reminded that this is the sixth club, built in Kazan
within the framework of the presidential program.
The Mayor
also noted that kindergarten appeared in the Nagorny, the overhaul the school
was conducted, a universal playground was built in a short period. “Our desire
to make life in the villages at the capital level is being implemented”, said
the Mayor of Kazan. He handed to Eduard Akmaev, the director of the HoC, a
certificate for the purchase of audio equipment.

attention, the villagers now have the opportunity to attend concerts, and
children - to learn creativity. We will make sure that villagers were happy in
the walls of our house”, said the director.
The House
of Culture, built in the framework of the national program “Rural clubs”, is
already taking the first visitors. So, master class on making masks was held in
one of the rooms for children. In the next class, Elvira Krupina, the head of
the national veterans’ choir “Volzhanka” from the Cultural Center “Saidash”,
held a master class for the residents of the village within the city project
for the people of the older generation “Zhiznelub”. Pensioners thanked the
Mayor for a new cultural area and have expressed a desire to organize the choir
here.
The
development of following areas is planned in the new House of Culture: vocal,
choreography, breakdancing, theater. Also, the opening of sections and groups
for karate, English and chess is planned. Coverage of engaged visitors will be
more than 150 children.
In addition
to the assembly hall for 200 people and the library, the police station will be
placed in the center. Aleksei Sokolov, the head of the Russian Ministry of
Internal Affairs of Kazan, reported that 2 policeman will be located in the
village, which will serve 12,500 people. “It is important that this
multifunctional center brings together not only the culture, library,
children's art groups, but also supporting police station. Protection of public
order is important”, said I. Metshin.
Azat
Nigmatzyanov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee on urban policy,
Azat Abzalov, the head of the Department of Culture, Rustem Gafarov, the head
of the Sovetsky district administration, and others also attended the event.
