(KZN.RU, December 12, Alsu Safina). Guzel Gabbasova left the post the head of the Civil Registry Office due to the moving to St. Petersburg. This was announced today at the staff meeting. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, handed Guzel Gabbasova the letter of gratitude.

“It is always little sad to part with the members of our team. I hope that this is not farewell, but just “Goodbye”, said Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan. He thanked Guzel Gabbasova for joint work. "You worked in the composition of the Kazan Executive Directorate 2013 bright and creatively”, said the Mayor. “And did a lot of interesting, creative, kind and good in the new Registry Office”.

“I wish, first of all, success. We are happy for our colleagues in St. Petersburg that such trained personnel move there”, said Ilsur Metshin.

“I remember the day of my appointment and those exciting feelings I was experiencing. It was an incredible feeling. Two years have passed since then”, said the former head of the Civil Registry Office in her response. She thanked Ilsur Metshin for his support. “I have grown and both professionally and morally on your team, become stronger and more confident. This is probably the most powerful and strong school for me”, marked Guzel Gabbasova. She was appointed to the post of Head of the Kazan Registry Office in January 2015.
