The I open forum “Good Kazan” with participation of leading experts will be held in Kazan

(KZN.RU, November 14, Mikhail Chentsov). The I open forum “Good Kazan”, which is organized with the participation of the “Dobro.Mail.ru” project, will be held on November 30 and December 1 in the halls of the Kazan City Hall. Discussion sites and master classes by leading experts in the field of philanthropy will be held within the forum. Damir Fattakhov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, said this today at a regular meeting of the staff.

According to D. Fattakhov, the forum will consolidate the group from different areas of society, without which the development of philanthropy in the city is impossible. The business companies, community leaders, philanthropists, representatives of the media and many others will attend it along with the charities and non-profit organizations.

So, Lev Ambinder, the president of Russia's largest charitable fund “Rusfond”, Elena Topoleva, the director of the Agency for Social Information, Natalia Pochinok, the rector of the Russian State Social University, Elena Chernyshkova, the president of the charity fund “System”, and other authoritative experts have already confirmed their participation in the forum.

The first day of the forum will be devoted to the discussion forums on various aspects of charity. Special attention will be paid to the development of a philanthropy culture through the educational system.

In the second day of the forum master classes by leading Russian experts on financial and organizational activities and promotion of the social projects will take place on two parallel sites. “The charity funds asked exactly this in the first meeting of the city council for charity”, said D. Fattakhov.

He also stressed that the main objective of the forum is the gradual establishment of systematic work on the development of charity in Kazan. “We plan to consider the concept of long-term development of the project “Good Kazan” to 2020 on the basis of discussion platforms within the foresight session at the forum to have formed a plan of action for the development of charity culture”, said the speaker.
