I. Metshin participated in the XXII session of the State Council of the RT
(KZN.RU, November 3). The XXII session of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fifth convocation was held in Kazan. Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan, Mintimer Shaimiev, the State Counselor of the RT, Ildar Khalikov, the Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, members of the Government and the invited participated in the session. Farid Mukhametshin, the chairman of the State Council, conducted the meeting.
24 questions were included in the agenda by the proposal of the Presidium, including 11 republican bills, 5 projects of federal laws and 2 legislative initiatives of the Russian regions. 9 bills - for the first reading, 1 - for the second, and 1 - for the third. The agenda for the XXII session of the State Council contained 40 questions.
Deputies in the course of work in the first reading adopted a bill on the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2017 and the planning period of 2018-2019. Amendments to the main financial law of the republic will be accepted until November 12, and then the document will consider in the second reading. Also, a number of national legislation has been harmonized with the federal legislation. In addition, the deputies supported the Decree draft of the State Council of the RT, which establishes the Day of Register office employee in Tatarstan, reports the press-service of the State Council of the RT.
