Ilsur Metshin presented the state and municipal awards

(KZN.RU, November 1, Anton Nozdrin). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, presented the state and municipal awards today at the City Hall at the XI extraordinary session of the Kazan State Duma. Employees of Kazan enterprises, universities, law enforcement agencies and the Kazan Executive Committee are among the recipients.

Viktor Yakovlev, the deputy head of the Office of the Executive Committee of Kazan and the head of the Legal Management of the city, was awarded with the medal “For Service to the Motherland” of II degree by presidential decree for achievements. Sergey Sotov, the deputy chairman of the Housing Committee, awarded with the medal “For valorous work” for his great contribution to the development of housing and communal services. The title “Honoured Lawyer of the Republic of Tatarstan” was given to Alfiya Ibrahimova, the head of regulatory control of Office of the Kazan State Duma, for achievements in the field of jurisprudence and many years of conscientious work. Gratitude of President of the RT was declared to Rosaliya Hasanova, the head of the general administration department of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts, for many years of productive work.

Irina Ilyina, the head of the Civil Registry Office of Kazan, was awarded with the insignia “For faultless service to Kazan” for many years of conscientious work and significant contribution to strengthening the role and authority of the family. Also Rais Karimov, the director of the Overhaul Office of the city, and Alfred Shigabutdinov, the president of the OOO “Karsar”, were awarded with insignia “For faultless service to Kazan”. Grigory Averyanov, the detective of the Russian Federation Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Office of the RT, and Rinat Yusupov, the head of KNRTU-KAI named after Tupolev, were awarded with diplomas of Kazan.

Gratitude of the Mayor of Kazan for significant contribution to the development of public safety and the elimination of emergency situations on the territory of the city was declared to Sergey Sergeev, the deputy head of the staff management of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the RT. Also Jemali Avalishvili, the director of the regional branch of Volga PAO “MegaFon” branch of the RT, was awarded by the Gratitude of the Mayor of Kazan. Riyaz Minzaripov, the vice-rector of the KFU, and the team of the Main Directorate of maintenance and development of road-transport complex of Tatarstan “Glavtatdortrans” were awarded by the Letter of Gratitude of the Mayor of Kazan.

Diploma of Kazan was awarded to Marat Davletshin, the director of the “Volga-Avtodor”. Employees of “Volgadorstroy” Marsel’ Atnagulov and Dinar Samigullin, employees of the “Volga-Avtodor” Ruslan Khakimov and Ivan Shevyrev, employees of the OOO “Kazdorstroy” Adel’ Gizzatullin, Lenar Sibgatullin and Dinar Yakupov were awarded by Gratitude of the Mayor of Kazan.

In addition, Svetlana Vostrikova, the chairman of the Committee of Physical Culture and Sports of Kazan, was awarded with the badge “For excellence in physical training and sport” for the assistance the state protection authorities in the development of physical culture and sport by the order of the Director of the Federal Protective Service of the RF.
