I. Metshin got acquainted with the overhauled house №61 on the Amirhana Street

(KZN.RU, September 29, Mikhail Chentsov). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, estimated the quality of overhauled nine-story house №61 on the Amirhana Street, built in 1977. Another 35 houses in Kazan will be repaired on the savings of funds in the amount of 50 million rubles on the basis of the overhaul program this year.

Tenants of the house №61 on the Amirhana Str. thanked the Mayor, the Management Company and contractors for the good work. “Both managers and workers are great fellows. Very good job! You just would not recognize our house”, said the residents in conversation with the Mayor. “If you are happy, we are happy”, said I. Metshin.

Basement represented the greatest challenge during the overhaul, according to Marat Nuriyev, the director of the management company “Uyutny Dom”. It was periodically waterlogged by ground water. Residents said that now, thanks to a mounted drainage system, this problem and a characteristic odor are managed to cope with.

Heating systems, hot and cold water supply, sewerage, electricity supply are completely updated, the weather control units installed, and the roof, the facade and entrances are repaired in the house. Living conditions have become more comfortable for 271 tenants of apartment buildings due to the overhaul. The cost of work amounted to about 22 million rubles.

The lift equipment replaced in the house in 2011, and in 2014 the asphalt surface was repaired under the Program of bringing to the standard intra-areas next to the house.

According to Iskandar Giniyatullin, the overhaul program for 2016 in Kazan is almost complete: 158 houses repaired, 110 elevators replaced in 35 houses. The savings of 50 million rubles has been identified during the work. Another 35 houses were included in the program on these funds, where repair work has been completed by more than 70%.

I. Giniyatullin noted that all apartment buildings in Kazan listed in the overhaul program until 2043, the long-term three-year program approved. The overhaul program for the next year is in the adjustment stage. “The Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the RT, which approved the program, should enter in a few days”, he concluded.

Iskander Giniyatullin, the deputy head of the Executive Committee for Housing and the chairman of the Housing and Utilities Committee, Timur Alibaev, the head of Aviastroitelny and Novo-Savinovsky districts administration, representatives of the management company and the contracting organization also took part in the inspection.
