Only 34 faults were found in Kazan during pressure testing of heating networks

(KZN.RU, September 13, Anton Nozdrin). The amount of faults, detected during pressure testing of heating networks with disconnecting the hot water, is reduced in Kazan. Iskander Giniyatullin, the deputy head of the Executive Committee and the chairman of the Committee of Housing and Communal Services, reported on the work of municipal heat suppliers’ complex of the city in the interheating period at the traditional staff meeting today.

“The number of detected lesions is reduced, and the periods of hot water disconnecting during the restoration works are reduced”, said I. Giniyatullin. Only 34 lesions were detected this year, whereas last year - 38. The deputy head of the Executive Committee said that experts were monitoring compliance with the terms of the connection. “Significant amounts of work in general have been carried out in the framework of regulations”, he reported. According to him, only 22 cases of non-compliance with the terms were fixed at 380 facilities of repair and reconstruction, contractors were exhibited with penalties.

Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, praised the fact that the number of connections arrears is reduced, despite the large amount of work and a significant number of serviced apartment buildings – 5200. He marked that every such delay must be worked out. “Each application should be responded by heads of districts, and management companies and Utilities Committee. Force majeure happens, unfortunately, no one is immune to that, networks and communications are worn. But we need to be in dialogue with the public, inform and provide assistance to single mothers and pensioners. It is our responsibility”, said the Mayor.

I. Giniyatullin said that the heat will be supplied on request in kindergartens, schools and hospitals. Heat is already running in the perinatal center RCH-1, the application for the heat starting at the Children's Hospital in Derbyshki is filed. Hotlines will be organized at the start-up period of heat in all the management organization of the Housing, district administrations, utilities and housing inspection committee. Applications on the lack of heat will be highlighted in a separate register in the system “Open Kazan”.

The Mayor noted that huge work has been done in the preparatory period. “I hope that all the work will allow us to spend the heating season without any surprises”, said I. Metshin.
