September, Zilya Gayfi). Administrative and residential complex for the
district policemen, which will be more than 6000 residents of the village, is
preparing to open in the village Konstantinovka of the Sovetskiy district of
Kazan. Finishing works are completing in a building on the Internatsionalnaya
Street, and then landscaping of the adjacent territory will begin. Ilsur
Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, estimated the readiness of the facility to the
commissioning and subsequent occupation.
Construction
of administrative and residential complexes for policemen is carried out by the
national program. The total area of the model ARC is 95.03 sq. m., 21.82 sq. m.
of them is the district police station for reception of residents, and
non-residential premises, which area is 73.21 sq.m., is staff accommodation (3
rooms, kitchen, toilet and bathroom).
“There are
all conditions for work and leisure. It is important that these houses are
located directly in the villages, residents will be able to address their
problems to the police at any time of day or night”, said the Mayor, inspecting
the premises.
According
to Valery Krasilnikov, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the RF
on Kazan, administrative and residential complexes for policemen will be a
great help for the employees of the department. Young policemen with the
families are particularly interested in the service housing, which will be able
to acquire their own household.
The
largest, rapidly increasing in population Kazan villages were selected for the
construction of administrative and residential complexes for policemen.
Construction of 6 facilities is planned in villages Konstantinovka, Otary,
Voznesenskoe, Kadyshevo and Vishnevka.
The Mayor
was accompanied by Damir Fattakhov, the first deputy head of the Executive
Committee, Rustem Gafarov, the head of the Sovetskiy district administration,
Marat Samigulin, the head of the Department of capital construction and
reconstruction, and others.
