Ilsur Metshin topped the August rating of capitals’ heads of the VFD by the version of “Medialogia”
(KZN.RU, August 18). Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, won the first place in the media-rating of information-analytical system “Medialogia” among the capitals’ heads of the Volga Federal District subjects for August 2016.
The media-index of Ilsur Metshin made 4067.20 points, according to the analysis of federal and regional mass media. The media reported that the Mayor of Kazan Kazan is going to buy seven zebras for the zoological and botanical garden. In addition, the media reported that Ilsur Metshin was presented with the concept of the architectural solutions and the museum exposition of the historical shipyard in the Admiralteiskaya Sloboda.
