August 31, Zilya Gayfi). Almost 500 children, living in the village
Konstantinovka of the Sovetskiy district, meet the Day of Knowledge in the
overhauled school №47. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, evaluated the results
of the overhaul today. The Mayor visited classrooms, played football with the
students, gave them new balls to practice and said that the playground will be
landscaped in the village soon.
Communications,
roof, windows and interior doors were replaced; entrances, bathrooms and facade
were renovated for the new school year in educational institution, built in
1969. The contractor OOO “Remstroytsentr” installed the fence on the saved
money. Zone for mini-football, volleyball, basketball were installed and
outdoor fitness equipment appeared on the school grounds as part of the
national program of multipurpose sports grounds construction. The multipurpose
playground is designed not only to school students; more than 6000 residents of
the village will be able to engage in it. The OOO “Construction and Consulting”
completed the construction of sports grounds. Footpaths to the site are also
equipped with extrabudgetary funds.
Holiday
concert was organized in honor of the completion of repair work at the school
for the children and their parents. Ilsur Metshin congratulated the residents
of the village Konstantinovka on the upcoming Day of Knowledge and the end of
the long-awaited renovation of the school. “I am glad that Kazan is changing,
and settlements are along with it. We meet the new academic year at the walls
of the renovated school. I thank the President of Tatarstan and builders for
the overhaul program, which is implemented in the republic. I wish you to grow
up healthy and happy, to please your parents”, said the Mayor to the students.
He informed the residents that the landscaped playground will appear in the
village soon. Rustem Gafarov, the head of the Sovetskiy district
administration, joined in the congratulations with the Mayor of Kazan.
Ilsur
Metshin talked with students, who have already played a mini-football. The
Mayor scored a symbolic goal and wished success to students and presented
sports equipment: 3 basketball, 3 volleyball and 3 football balls.

Fattakhov, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee, Iskander
Giniyatullin, the deputy head of the Executive Committee and the chairman of
the Housing Committee, Ilsur Hadiullin, the head of the Education Department,
and others attended the event.
