The teenage club "Lemonade" was opened in Kazan

(KZN.RU, 25 August). The teenage club "Lemonade" was opened today in the Sovetskiy district of Kazan on the Latyshskih Strelkov street. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan, shared the joyous occasion with the residents of the district.

At the entrance guests could enjoy a refreshing drink, in whose honor the club was named. Opening of a symbolic lemonade bottle with a distinctive hiss was the start of the new teen club. Later Ilsur Metshin signed the lid of the bottle with the name of the club.

The establishment of this type appeared in the neighborhood, where 3.5 thousand children live, for the first time and was a welcome object. Overhaul of the building, which was built in 1986, was carried out in a short time. Water supply, sewerage, heat supply were replaced, roof repairs, facade and entrance lobby, finishing work were performed, the windows and interior doors were replaced. The contractor organization OOO "Remontstroyservis" carried out the overhaul.

Chulpan Hubbatullina, the director of the club, said that 200 children and adolescents may engage in the club at the same time. The club can accommodate 500 people, but during the year it is planned to increase this figure up to 700 people at the expense of off-budget groups.

The club has a gym, locker rooms, an office for the teachers, a shower, an assembly hall, crafts room, a photo-office, multi-room, a studio theater, a dance hall, and a dressing room. Sections of vocal skills, fine arts studio, and theater studio will work in the "Lemonade" from September 1. Teenagers from 10 to 17 years old can be engaged here in acting, choreography, modern dance, chess, karate, cheerleading, learn English, and many others. More than 150 children enrolled in sections. "We continue recruiting, we hope that in the next month all places will be filled," noted the director of the club. "Complete groups have already been recruited to karate lessons, singing, English and Fine Arts”. I. Metshin noted that it is important to fill the rooms of the club active, diversified life, which Kazan youth is used to live.

Chulpan Hubbatullina drew attention to the fact that the club has a creative approach to the name of the classrooms. Thus, the sign "Seletleler oyasy" ("The nest of talent") hangs at the entrance to the first one, which was visited by the guests. This multi-purpose hall will be used for training of the "Brain Ring" intellectual club and the game "What? Where? When? ", as well as for productions of the creative studio theater. Two teams of six people came together in an intellectual duel today.

After that, the guests went into the classroom "Golden Hands", where classes on the Arts are held on the subject "Good Kazan". The Mayor also spoke with children who do crafts out of colored paper. Children of 5-6 years old were studying with a teacher of early development at a separate table. I. Metshin talked to a teacher about the importance of the development of fine motor skills in children.

The Mayor was showed a photo studio, dance and sports halls, got acquainted with the actors of the “Lemonade theater”. The performance of the young pupils of the club, who read a poem in the Tatar language, particularly impressed the Mayor.

Almaz Mingulov, the deputy Minister of Youth and Sport of the RT, Damir Fattakhov, the first deputy head of the Kazan Executive Committee, Rustem Gafarov, the head of the Sovetskiy district administration, Airat Faizov, the chairman of the Committee on Children and Youth Affairs, Irshat Minkin, the deputy general director of AO "Kazmetrostroy", and others took part in the opening of the club along with the Mayor.

Four of the Kazan club entered the national overhaul program and strengthen of the material base of youth clubs in 2016: "Lemonade", "Oriole", "Yashlek" and "Leader". 35 and 3 million rubles respectively allocated for repairs and purchase of equipment.
