(KZN.RU, August 22, Alsu Safina). The kindergarten
№243 has changed beyond recognition since the beginning of overhaul. For 8 months
the building were equipped with heated floors, creches, the Tatar language and speech
therapy rooms have become more spacious, it became possible to carry out
development activities, teach children play chess, needlework, and the kindergarten
area was landscaped. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of the city, inspected the
quality of work.
According to Natalia Sanina, the head of the kindergarten,
the building, built in 1973, has leaking roof, rotten pipes, there was no hot
water, and there were problems with electricity. Now there are the roof,
entrance, utilities, bathrooms, new windows and doors repaired, as well as
other works carried out. The contractor OOO “Vostok-C” provides the overhaul.
“Children will not recognize the kindergarten”, shared
Ilsur Metshin his impressions after inspection. “Even our staff hardly does”,
said the head of the kindergarten.
Kindergarten “Butterfly” for 120 persons is located in
a pine forest. Significant improvements have occurred in the area of
pre-school institutions. According to the head of preschool educational
institutions, kindergarten priority is to preserve and strengthen the physical
and psychological health of children.
Ilsur Hadiullin, the head of Education Department,
said during the inspection of kindergarten that the question remains open with
the equipment, as well as in two other kindergartens - №223 and 332 – which were
overhauled this year. The old equipment is no longer possible to use, and the
purchase of a new one is not provided by the overhaul program. “We will seek a
solution”, encouraged Ilsur Metshin.
“We hope that the schools overhaul program will expand
to the educational institutions program, including kindergartens. More than 210
kindergartens (or 63%) are in need of repairs in Kazan”, said Ilsur Hadiullin. “We
think that the overhaul program will solve the problem of creating present
conditions for our children, conforming by Rosprotrebnadzor and other oversight
authorities”.
The Mayor was escorted by Iskander Giniyatullin, the deputy
head of Kazan Executive Committee and the chairman of the Housing Committee,
Sergei Mironov, the head of the Kirovskiy and Moskovskiy districts administration,
and others.
