(KZN.RU, August 10). Today, Rustam Minnikhanov, the President
of Tatarstan got acquainted with the activity of few productions of AO “Kazan
Giproniiaviaprom”, operating on the territory of Technopark of industrial
technologies “Innovative technology center KNIAT”. Albert Karimov, the deputy
Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade, Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of
Kazan, Boris Tikhomirov, the general director of AO “Kazan Giproniiaviaprom”,
Ravil Zaripov, assistant of the President of RT, and others escorted him.
Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the production
activity of electrodynamics shakers after arrival on the territory of the
technopark. Sino-Russian joint venture “Dongling-Kazan” is specialized in
manufacturing settings, enabling to test and research devices of vibration
measurement technology. The use of shakers enables the high-precision test of equipment
and components in such fields as engineering, shipbuilding, aviation, defense,
and others.
After that, the President of Tatarstan visited the shop
of final prototyping assembly of stand process systems. Rustam Minnikhanov was
informed that today AO “Kazan Giproniiaviaprom" actively cooperates with a
number of major Russian companies. In particular, for now works are almost completed
in reconstruction and technical re-equipment of test stand in Samara OAO “Kuznetsov”
- the leading Russian company in the production and repair of aviation gas
turbine engines and liquid propellant rocket engines for space rockets. The
cooperation project involves the reconstruction of a test bed for the entire testing
spectrum of engines NK-32 and NK-35, including the simulated supersonic flight.
Engines such as NK-32 are set to strategic bombers “Tu-160”. Aramil Aircraft
Repair Plant in the Sverdlovsk region, where the testing aircraft engines station
were built by forces of Kazan experts, and OAO “Saturn - Gas Turbines” in
Rybinsk, on the site of which a universal stand for control of factory tests of
power generating units was created, also are among other partners.
Then Rustam Minnikhanov visited the new workshop of
galvanic production of AO “Kazan Giproniiaviaprom” on applying the coating of
nickel-boron. Marat Mavleton, the employee of AO “Kazan Giproniiaviaprom” and
KNRTU graduate student, was giving explanations. He said that this line is the
only one in Russia for industrial use nickel-boron coatings. Analogs of
production can only be found in America. This material increases the wear
resistance of parts due to the low coefficient of friction performance and
abrasion, as well as high thermal stability. Nickel-boron coating is widely
used in the oil industry, defense industry, mechanical engineering, woodworking
and others. For today installation work completed at the Kazan plant, and the launching
of the new line is planned for September of this year, reports the press service
of the President of the RT.
