14 and 19 July auction on placement of outlets for the sale of services in parks will be held in Kazan

(Kazan City KZN.RU, 27 June). First open tender for the accommodation services in urban parks and gardens will be held in July in Kazan. July 14 an auction on placement of outlets selling ice cream, July 19 – on placement of leisure-time entertainment will be held, as the first deputy head of the Executive Committee Damir Fattakhov city said today at the Business Monday.

D.Fattahov reminded that a basic document containing the vision of accommodation services facilities in parks and squares of Kazan was created. The wishes of entrepreneurs of the city were laid at the basis of its development. "We'll see which sites and services will be in demand, later some adjustments may require in the document," - the first deputy head of the Executive Committee said. In addition, as the speaker said, opportunity to prepare for a long-term investment should be given to the entrepreneurs. Therefore the work on the formation of a package of proposals to the organization of services in parks and gardens will be continued for 3-5 years.

Recall that the concept of development of business in parks and squares of Kazan was discussed at a meeting of Business Council under the President of Tatarstan. One of the most important conditions is the appearance of the object - a kiosk or a pavilion. All park pavilions will be made in the same style. Projects of entrepreneurs will be coordinated in the Department for a maximum of 30 days. Entrepreneurs will be able to think themselves and to offer customized designs of the future trade pavilions, based on the proposed style - retro Soviet or modern.

According D.Fattahov, business representatives expressed their wish to develop model projects in different formats. "This could save time and effort during the coordination phase", - D.Fattahov said. Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin agreed with fair comments and noted that it is necessary to create model projects and to give the opportunity to realize them. At the same time the Mayor instructed to refrain from templates. "It is necessary that each park had its "face". It is necessary to address the issue creatively", - the Mayor of Kazan said. I. Metshin noted that the work should be done in dialogue with the public. In addition, Kazan Mayor reminded about the transparency of the work. "It is important to have clear and transparent and fair rules for all participants of this market" - Ilsur Metshin summed up.

Information about the auction will be published on the website of Committee. Recall until now there was no general concept of the placement of catering points, hire and entertainment in the park areas of the city.
