Rustam Minnikhanov handed federal award to Ilsur Metshin

(Kazan City KZN.RU, February 26, Kseniya Shvetsova). The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin is awarded by Order of the Ministry of Sport of Russian Federation with commemorative medal “XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games 2014 in Sochi”. President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov awarded the head of the city with the Medal at a meeting of the V session of Kazan City Duma.

Other residents of Tatarstan also got awards, medals and honorary titles for services to the city; it was presented by the President of the Republic.

Thus, with RT presidential decree for his great contribution to the development of domestic instrument and many years of fruitful work the medal "For Valiant Labor" optician of Mechanical 6th discharge Pilot Plant JSC "Scientific-Production Association" State Institute of Applied Optics" Nikolai Krasnov was awarded, for the great contribution the development of education and many years of fruitful work of rector of the university management "TISBI" Nella Pruss received the award, for his great contribution to the development of the chemical industry of the republic, and many years of fruitful work worker of  splitting plant fats №7 of JSC "Nefis Cosmetics" - Kazan chemical Complex named after M.Vahitov Firdaniya Safina was awarded, for the preparation and holding 16th world Championships in Aquatics in 2015 in Kazan the Chief of Staff of the Executive Committee of Kazan Igor Sivov was awarded. For conscientious work, a worthy contribution to improving the efficiency of local government medal "For merits in development of local self-government in the Republic of Tatarstan" went to the director of the gymnasium №19 Kazan Andrei Talmanov.

In addition, for the fruitful cooperation and contribution to the implementation of joint creative projects the honorary title "Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan" was given to director operator Alexey Sechenov. For his great contribution to the development of culture and conscientious work the honorary title "Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan" was given to the Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the Department of Culture of Kazan Azat Abzalov. For contribution to the transport service of the population and many years of conscientious work the honorary title "Honored Worker of Transport of the Republic of Tatarstan" was given to the driver of the bus company "Petrel" Rifkat Vafin. For merits in the field of education and hard work the honorary title "Honored Teacher of the Republic of Tatarstan" was given to the Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the Education Department Elmira Tahavieva.

In turn, the Mayor also presented commemorative medals “XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games 2014 in Sochi”. The Mayor has awarded the head of the Executive Committee of Kazan Denis Kalinkin, First Deputy Head of the municipal formation of Kazan Rustam Nigmatullin, deputy head of the municipal formation of Kazan Eugeniya Lodvigova, the Secretary of the Kazan City Duma Lyudmila Andreeva, the first deputy head of the Executive Committee of the City for urban policy Azat Nigmatzyanov, Chief of Staff of Executive Committee of the city Igor Sivov.

The Vice-Head of the Executive Kazan Committee: for Housing - Alexander Lobov, Social Affairs - Natalia Grechannikovu, Economic Development - Ivan Kuznetsov, Chairman of improvements Committee Igor Kulyazhev and heads of regional administrations: the head of administration of Aviastroitelny and New Savinovsky districts Timur Alibaev, head of administration of Vakhitovsky and Privilzhsky districts Andrei Lobov, head of administration of Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts Damir Fattakhov, head of the administration of Sovietsky district Rustem Gafarov, and the prefect of the territory "Prefecture" Old town" Marat Usmanov were awarded with commemorative medals.

The deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan and deputies of Kazan City Duma received commemorative medals “XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games 2014 in Sochi”.

In addition, the Chairman of the Committee of Physical Culture and Sports of Executive Committee of Kazan Svetlana Vostrikova, Chief Architect Tatiana Prokofieva, Head of the Secretariat of the Head of the municipal formation of Kazan Albina Rafikova, managing director of the Office of the Executive Committee of the city Marat Salah, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of Kazan, Head of the Legal Department Viktor Yakovlev received the Medal from the hands of the Mayor.
