V session of the Kazan City Duma started at the City Hall
(Kazan City KZN.RU, 26 February). The V session of Kazan City Duma of the third convocation has started at the City Hall, which is chaired by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin. The session is attended by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
