I. Metshin will meet with creative youth of Kazan
(Kazan City KZN.RU, February 12). This year festival "Student Spring" in the city and the republic will start on April 1 with programs of education institutions and will end with a gala concert on 26 April. Today Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin will get acquainted with the work of the Staff of Student Spring 2016. The Mayor will meet with representatives of the creative teams of universities and directors of student clubs.
Season of "Student Spring" will open in 22nd time in Kazan this year, starting the show of creative programs of universities with performance of Kazan State Institute of Culture. Every year the festival movement in universities is supported by more than 10 000 participants.
