Ilsur Metshin inspected the quality of cleaning of yards in Kazan

(Kazan City KZN.RU, February 11, Kseniya Shvetsova). A contest to determine the best and worst of contractors for winter maintenance of yards ended in Kazan.  As the result not only the worst contractors responsible for the poor quality of snow removal were named, but also particularly distinguished yards, where contractors have coped with the task, were chosen. In New Savinovsky district yard at ave.Yamashev, 74 was the best, and at st.Adoratsky, 38 - the worst. Today their state was inspected by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.

The inspection was also attended by the head of Aviastroitelny and New Savinovsky districts Timur Alibaev, Head of the Administrative and Technical Inspection Alfir Shamsutdinov and Chairman of the Committee of housing and communal services Iskander Giniyatullin.

Yard at ave.Yamashev, which was recognized as the best in quality of winter maintenance, is in the management of "MC Cosy House". Local residents told the Mayor that their territories are cleaned regularly: "Our wipers always clean the snow in time; there are no claims to them. I've got a senior at house, together with whom we have meetings every month and decide all important questions. So whatever the weather is, work is going very well, and under our control".

Contractor "Savinovo-38" is responsible for cleaning here.  Total organization maintains 28 residential buildings with a total area of ​​274,600 square meters, in the summer cleaning area of surrounding territory is 211 thousand square meters, and in the winter - 94 800 square meters. "We always work on a clear timetable, - says Director of "Savinovo-38" Rafis Bagauov. - If it is a heavy snowfall, then at 3 a.m. we derive a tractor, which quickly removes the snow. Usually by 8 a.m. it goes through all the yards and driveways for which we are responsible. Not later than at 6 a.m. janitors begin the work, who also usually complete most of the work till 8 a.m."

In addition to the best contractor, the best street sweeper was also selected - it is Olga Krylova, who works in the company "Savinovo-38" since 2005. She told the Mayor that although the number of cars in recent years greatly increased, work was not influenced strongly.

The situation in the yard at st.Adoratsky, 38 is quite different. It is managed by "Chemist-8". The area of ​​the yard is littered with snow, sidewalks, left for the tenants, are narrow and covered with ice. And, as A.Shamsutdinov noted, this picture has been observed not for the first time - Chairman Farid Murzaev is fined almost every year for non-compliance of improvement.

As T.Alibaev explained, the highest governing body of the house is a collection of the owners. "Residents of the house must request a report from the chairman of its activities, moreover, in accordance with the Housing Code, he must report annually to the citizens on the work of the Board. If residents are unhappy with the result, they can re-elect him. In this case they will have to come up to the housing inspection, and further – to the prosecutor's office. All the supervisory authorities should pay attention to this problem", - the head of administration said.

As the Head of the administrative and technical inspection told, now in Kazan the procedure of bringing to administrative responsibility not only official, but also legal is initiated. A.Shamsutdinov reported to the Mayor that if the situation will not change, then the chairman of the board will be forced to work through the courts.

Recall, a monthly contest on winter maintenance of adjoining areas was initiated by the Mayor of Kazan. The Mayor proposed to determine the best and worst of contractors on a monthly basis. According to the results of the contest in the capital of Tatarstan the best and worst service organizations on the basis of snow removal in January have been identified. The appropriate committee composed of representatives of district administrations, Committee of housing, managing organizations was created in the district administrations. They are visiting local areas on a weekly basis, assessing the state of households, the quality of cleaning, fix the work of equipment and janitors. Also, in addition to the results of detours, number of objective indicators is taken for the assessment.
