The fifteenth session of the State Council of RT of the fifth convocation opened
(Kazan City KZN.RU, 11 February). Today in Kazan the 15th meeting of the State Council of the fifth convocation is held. At the last meeting of the Presidium of the Parliament on the agenda 37 questions were offered, including 12 drafts of laws of the Republic of Tatarstan for the first reading and 20 drafts of federal laws and legislative initiatives of the representative bodies of state power of subjects of the Russian Federation. The session is attended by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, members of the Government of Tatarstan and others.
In the first reading among other things drafts of laws to amend the Electoral and the Land Code of the republic, to the republican laws "On State Awards of the Republic of Tataristan", "On state symbols of RT ", "On the status of deputies of Tatarstan State Council", "On the organization of the capital repair of common property in apartment buildings in the Republic of Tatarstan", "On additional time constraints conditions and locations of retail sale of alcoholic beverages in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Annulment of some legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan" are planned to consider.
In addition, it is planned to hear a report of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan on the activities of the police in 2015 and report to the Human Rights Commissioner in the Republic of Tatarstan "On the observance of the rights and freedoms of a man and citizen in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2015".
