(Kazan City KZN.RU, 11 February). A new tram route №5 will be introduced in operation today in Kazan. The Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin will be one of the first tram passengers.
Recall rolling of the stock began in 2007. In addition, in 2014 25 new trams and 10 trolleybuses appeared at the Kazan streets, in 2015 - another 15 trolleybuses. This year the rolling of the stock will continue. Preference is given to passenger trams with a low-floor and varying floor.
