Land in the coastline of Kazanka River will be inventoried in Kazan

Commenting the work of the Committee of Land and Property Relations in the past year, the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin noted improvement of financial discipline in this area. Attracted non-tax fees allowed to finance important projects and get extra incomes to the budget, the Mayor stressed today at a Business Monday in Mayor’s Office of Kazan. The chairman of the Committee of Land and Property Relations of the Executive Committee Renat Galyautdinov reported about the results of work in 2015 to the Mayor of Kazan. Last year the budget of Kazan was replenished by 2.6 billion rubles of non-tax revenues. The highest amount in the treasury of the city was received from the rental of land, amounted to 42% of all non-tax revenues. Plan for the collection of non-tax revenues was exceeded and reached 102%.

Ilsur Metshin called the collection of non-tax revenues in the budget of the city one of the key directions of the committee. "A lot of work is behind the dry figures of statistics. The main outcome was the fulfillment of the targets for the collection of non-tax revenues. We have been taken an intensive plan, adjusted it upwards. Reception of non-tax revenues allowed us to finance our projects last year and get extra incomes to the budget", - the Mayor said.

In general, according to the head of the city, strict control is carried out in the area of ​​land and property relations in Kazan. During 2015 in Kazan more than 3 thousand inspections of municipal property was held. The amount of fines exceeded 4 million rubles. "The Committee holds a great job with the debtors, including through the courts. In general, control in the field of land and property relations intensified. We have less "white spots" on the map of the city. The work with service "People's Control" continues. We need to thank the active citizens who write to the system. This initiative has been picked up by the republic. Control in the field of land and property relations is organized throughout Tatarstan. It is a big step in the creation of a unified system of accounting and control of the use of municipal property. It facilitates the work of the city", - the Mayor said.

One of the objectives for the current year is an inventory of land of Kazanka River coastline. "Our citizens have a right to use water resources, and we must do everything to improve the state of our embankments by the joint efforts in the Year of the water protection zones," - the Mayor said.
