The first house is going to be handed over in a residential area M-14 in the Privolzhsky district of Kazan
(Kazan City KZN.RU, December 30). Today in a new residential area M-14 at the Orenburgsky tract in the Privolzhsky district of Kazan the first house on the program of social mortgage will be handed in. The event is attended by the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.
Area M-14 is one of the largest housing projects in Kazan on the social mortgage program. It is planned to build total 17 houses for 3800 apartments in the area. After the completion 10478 Kazan residents will get housing on preferential terms. With this more than 10 thousand citizens will not only improve their living conditions, but also will be provided with objects of social infrastructure: the district includes 5 kindergartens, 2 schools and 5 multi-level parking.
