President Rustam Minnikhanov instructed to strictly comply with the terms of commissioning of the first house and a kindergarten in the area M-14. As a result, the builders have not failed the challenge. A kindergarten for 260 places, where classed will begin soon, is fully equipped and prepared to meet the kids. 187 children have already enrolled in the preschool.

Solving of the problem of heat supply largely helped to finish construction in time - in the district on behalf of the President of Tatarstan temporary 3 MW boiler was equipped, it heats the house and kindergarten sufficiently. At the moment in the area M-14 works on the construction of a permanent boiler are on go, next year it will operate to fully meet the needs of both imposed objects and that will be built in the future.

Recall, area M-14 is one of the largest housing projects in Kazan on the social mortgage program. It is planned to build total 17 houses for 3800 apartments in the area. After the completion 10478 Kazan residents will get housing on preferential terms. With this more than 10 thousand citizens will not only improve their living conditions, but also will be provided with objects of social infrastructure: the district includes 5 kindergartens, 2 schools and 5 multi-level parking.
