I. Metshin: "The opening of new kindergartens on the eve of the City Day has become a tradition"

 (Kazan City KZN.RU, August 28, Adelia Galieva). Today in the Soviet district of Kazan the branch of kindergarten №330 with Tatar language of education of combined type "Tansylukay" (“Daybreak”) opened. Mayor Ilsur Metshin congratulated nursery pupils, parents and teaching staff of the preschool with housewarming.

The Mayor noted that such joyous occasions as the opening of a new modern kindergarten in a densely populated area mark a good start to the day. "It has become a wonderful tradition to open new facilities on the eve of the City Day and the Day of the Republic. Today we are opening a new, beautiful kindergarten in a cozy area ", - said I. Metshin.

Mayor of Kazan visited the premises and functional units of the branch, talked with the staff - employees of catering and medical center, as well as looked into the classes and asked children about whether they like their "new home". According to advanced for their age and sociable children, they liked new kindergarten. Parents also expressed their opinion on the branch. They find a convenient location as the main advantage of the building – it is close to both transport interchanges and public transport, as well as to the main building of kindergarten №330, where the older group located.

50 kids can study in the one-storey building of branch of kindergarten "Zorenka" at Zorge Street. There are created the most comfortable conditions for them: sports and music room, a methodical study, a medical unit, nutrition unit, laundry located in a warm and bright building. Playground with gym, trains, sandpit and flowerbeds located at the territory.

After completion of the bypass the Mayor witnessed the concert of pupils of the kindergarten. Young Kazan residents showed the guests their talents, performing the flower dance, as well as spoons rhythmic song.

Kazan Mayor greeted all those parents presented in the audience and thanked the builders who participated in the construction of a kindergarten. Special thanks were addressed to the Acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, who launched the program "Belekech". "We started this program with a huge queue in kindergartens. Today, in less than 6 years, we have commissioned 82 kindergartens. Thank you, dear parents, that you give us a reason to worry about it. Demographic baby boom breaking records in Kazan the fourth consecutive year. It gives us an occasion to reflect on the construction of new kindergartens. Let joyous kids laughter always sounds in these walls ", - I. Metshin said and gave the kids a sweet gift.

Head of the kindergarten told that the branch operates 2 groups of toddlers - in every 25 children between the ages of 1.5 to 2.5 and from 2 to 3 years. In the year of the FINA World Cup it was decided to call groups in honor of the World Cup symbols - snow leopards Itil and Alsou.

Total during implementation of the program, aimed at reducing of the queue in kindergartens, 82 kindergartens for almost 10 thousand children opened in the capital of Tatarstan. Thank to this it became possible to resolve the issue with the queue in kindergartens for families with children older than 3 years. It is planned to build and put into operation 20 new kindergartens this year in Kazan.
