Another house built on the Social Mortgage program is put into operation in Kazan
Ilsur Metshin thanked Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan for the gift presented residents of the Aviastroitelny region. "320 Kazan families have received apartments under the President's social mortgage program. This is a celebration not only for Aviastroitelny region but also for the whole city ", he said.
The new residential building №10 on the Akademik Pavlov street opened its doors for young families, war veterans, workers of budgetary organizations and large enterprises of the city.
Tatarstan President has responded to this request, and the work started in April. The house was built in the shortest possible time. Today it has been solemnly handed over, and on Monday cherished tenants will receive the keys to their apartments. "Building of this house is an example of how housing must work", Rustam Minnikhanov said and first thanked builders who erected the house № 10. "We want these houses in Kazan to be more", the President summed up.
Note the first house built under the social mortgage program this year was commissioned in the Derbyshki settlement on August 11. Construction of houses under the program is conducted in the Kirovsky, Privolzhsky, Sovetsky, Aviastroitelny regions of Kazan.
