Changes have been made in the structure of the Executive Committee of Kazan
(KZN.RU, December 13). A number of changes has been made in the structure of the Executive Committee of Kazan in order to improve the work. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan announced about it on today’s Business Monday.
Azat Nigmatzyanov was assigned as the first Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the town planning policy. "We know this specialist very well. Azat Nigmatzyanov was born on June 24, 1961. He graduated from Kazan Construction Engineering Institute majoring in civil engineer, Kazan Finance and Economics Institute, majoring in economics. He is an honoured builder of the Republic of Tatarstan. He worked as the General Director of the OJSC Kazantsentrstroy.
