Business Park will appear in Kazan

 (September 23, Renat Shirmanov). Kazan Administration intends to hold a dialogue with the entrepreneurs of the city in order to implement the "Five years of health» program. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan talked about it today at the meeting to the representatives for the Association of Small and Medium Business.

During the meeting Ilsur Metshin and entrepreneurs exchanged their views on a number of issues that may contribute to the early achievement of the main goal of the “Five years of health” program that is to increase in average life expectancy of Kazan citizens by 3 years.

The parties agreed that traditional morning and afternoon mass gymnastics should be revived in Kazan. In addition Ilsur Metshin noted that a great attention will be paid to improving the demographic situation in Kazan - the increase fertility. "But it does not mean that we will try to persuade women to bear as many children as they can. Our goal is to provide them with all social protection net and create conditions for improving life of the inhabitants of Kazan. Only then we will carry our point", the Mayor noted.

The Day Without a Car that was held yesterday in Kazan has not been neglected. Many participants of the meeting noted that the environmentally friendly modes of transport must become one of the pillars in citizens’ health improvements. As an alternative to the car a bicycle is proposed at the moment.

"We fully support this initiative and have already begun to implement the project on bicycle lanes in Kazan. From the Kirovsky bridge territory, by the Ak Bars Bank, the Idel-Press publishing house , Tatneft-Arena to the Kompressorny bridge and from the football arena, by the circus, Kazan Kremlin, the NCC and Gorky Park; there will be located an embankment which will allow residents of Kazan freely make cycling and walking", Ilsur Metshin said.

"We are of course for planting the city. Let not delay resolution of this issue and start in October. We create all the necessary conditions for this", the Mayor said.
