The first house has been put under the social mortgage program-2010

(KZN.RU, August 11, Irina Smirnova). The first house built under the social mortgage program of the current year has been officially handed today in the Derbyshki settlement in Kazan. Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of Tatarstan and Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of Kazan came to congratulate the new occupants.

New occupants of the house are the workers of budgetary enterprises. Many of them have expected improves of housing conditions for a long time. The long-awaited new houses took place. And the arrival of distinguished guests only added joy of happy to the owners of the new well-equipped apartments.

Builders improved the yard adjoining the house; they installed playgrounds, household areas, area for rubbish. Also 28 parking stalls are organized in the yard.

Rustam Minnikhanov and Ilsur Metshin visited two apartments in the new house - at the fifth and first floors, assessed the quality of construction and finishing materials, talked with the owners. It is interesting that the first one who entered the house was a cat. The animal accustomed pretty quickly, and has already determined the boundaries of the stay.

426.8 thousand square meters of housing (or 7,090 apartments) will be put this year under the social mortgage program in Kazan. Therefrom 18 residential houses with a total area of approximately 150,000 square meters is the transitional objects of the last year. Their construction will also be completed this year. The new construction of 26 apartment buildings with total area of nearly 230 thousand square meters has been started this year. The State Housing Fund under RT President is planning to purchase a commercial property that is about 45 square meters of housing. The construction of houses under the social mortgage program is conducted in the Kirovsky, Privolzhsky, Sovetsky and Aviastroitelny districts of Kazan.
