An educational center for gifted children will be in Yudino
(KZN.RU, August 20, Ekaterina Andreeva). The construction of an educational center where gifted children can study from all over the Volga region. Ilsur Metshin the Mayor of Kazan reported this.
"Today the Presidential program on education reforms of the Republic of Tatarstan will start”, the head of the city said, “there are a lot of revolutionary ideas". According to Ilsur Metshin, one of the ideas is preparation of talented and gifted children. "This will not be a local work but a constant and systematic work with our clever and talented youth”, the Mayor continues “studying will be held not in the form of trainings or competitions but throughout the school year".
The place for construction has already been defined; this is a picturesque place in the Yudino village. It is assumed that the center will be located in an area of 10 hectares. Currently there is a secondary school № 53, the Novo-Yudino children recreation camp and Nadezhda sports camp.
According to the Head of the city, place for the center has been chosen perfectly in a pine forest, near the Volga, there is an entire infrastructure: gas, water, heat and transport. "I am glad that this wonderful place has remained in the city property”, the Mayor said “we will report to the leadership of our country that a place for construction has been defined. In the near future the educational center gifted children of the capital, our country, and the whole Volga region will be constructed particularly here".
