«Without Leaving Kazan»: the international forum of teachers to take place in April

The winners of the city stage of the professional
skills competition «Teacher of 2025» were awarded at the Kazan City Hall. As
many as 369 participants from 320 city schools participated in the competitions.
The finalists were honored by the Tatarstan Minister of Education Ilsur
Khadiullin and the Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin.
During the city stage of the «Teacher of 2025»
competition, Ilsur Metshin announced holding an international forum for
teachers in April in the capital of Tatarstan.
«We want our teachers to have the opportunity to meet
with the best lecturers from around the world without leaving Kazan. Together
with the mayors of cities from BRICS countries we plan to invite the best in
this area. The event is scheduled to take place in April. It will be an open
forum, and we hope that not only foreign speakers will attend, but also some of
the best teachers from around the country. We would welcome anyone who decides
to move to Kazan».
The participants passed different tests to evaluate
their professional skills. A total of 47 winners and finalists in 11 categories
were identified. These winners will represent Kazan in the republican stage of
the competition.
This year's oldest participant was Albert Fayzullin, a
79-year-old teacher from school №94 with 40 years of teaching experience. The
youngest contestant was Diana Mironova, a kindergarten teacher, aged 23.
The absolute
winner of the competition was the
computer science teacher of school №129 Yerlan Aimaganbetov. He has been
working in Kazan for 6 years, with 11 years teaching experience.
Yerlan Aimaganbetov was awarded a letter of thanks
from Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2023 for his achievements in teaching.
The teacher is a member of the community of participants in the Teacher Forum,
as well as a lecturer at various city and regional venues, and has a blog on
social networks.
The second place
in the subject teacher category was awarded to Ksenia Novikova from school №94.
Olga Konstantinova from school №146 took third place.
Aisylu Mukhametova, also from school №146, was named
the best teacher in Tatar language and
literature. Enje Ibragimova from school №62 took the second place. Lilia
Gizatullina, a teacher at school №20 named, took the third prize.
Flura Galimova from school №48 was awarded the title
of Best Teacher in the Veteran Teacher
category. Firaya Faizova from school №141 took the second place, and Albert
Fayzullin, from school №94, was awarded the third prize.
Ekaterina Morozova from school №73 won in the new category Giving My Heart to Children.
Elvira Avramenko from Sayakhat Children's Center for Additional Education took
the second place, and Tatiana Turtseva from Children's Art School №12 took
third place.
