The results of the creative competition “Fall in love with Kazan” were
summed up in Kazan. The authors of the best projects from 45 Russian cities,
including Vladivostok, Simferopol, Surgut, Yekaterinburg, will receive cash
prizes. A total of 255 applications were received for the competition. “I am glad
that residents of other cities took part in the competition. It means that
Kazan has attracted them, they will tell their friends, relatives and friends
about it, and those, in turn, will want to visit the capital of the republic of
Tatarstan,”- said Ilsur Metshin, Mayor of Kazan.
Director of the Committee for Tourism Development Daria Sannikova reminded
that the competition was held in three categories: The best video about Kazan, The
best photo, The best article about tourism in Kazan. The jury included
representatives of government, creative communities, bloggers and journalists.
The photo “August in Kazan” by Elena Nagumanova from Kazan was
recognized as the best in the nomination. The jury evaluated the architectural
composition, color and aesthetic level of the work. Ekaterina Romanova from
Nizhny Novgorod took the second place. She submitted a photo for the
competition “A summer evening on Kaban Lake”, the jury members appreciated the
interesting angle and expressive author's approach. Aida Mardanova, a resident
of the capital of the republic of Tatarstan, also entered the top three for the
photo “Kazan. Qul Sharif. Love.”
The best article about tourism was the work of a representative of
Novokuznetsk Irina Stepanishcheva. In her article “Fall in Love with Kazan”,
she proposed a bright and interesting route that covers historical locations
and gastronomic streets of the city. The work has gained more than 6,500 views.
The second place in this nomination was taken Sergeyev Evgeny from Kazan with
the work “Kazan is about love”, Tatyana Polyukh from Vladivostok was on the
third line, where she shared her impressions of the trip to Kazan.
“In the nomination “The best video about Kazan”, the winners were
residents of the capital of Tatarstan. The jury awarded the third place to
Alexander Kazakov, the second to Alina Nuriakhmetova. The jury members gave the
gold to the work of Timur Akbashev's team,”- said Daria Sannikova.
The winners will receive 50 thousand rubles, silver medalists – 30
thousand rubles, bronze medalists – 15 thousand rubles.
