Ilsur Metshin: “For many cities and regions to build 1 million sq.m. of housing per year is not just another planet – it is another Galaxy"

More than 1 million square meters of housing were put into operation in Kazan in 2019. First deputy head of the Executive Committee Azat Nigmatzyanov reported on the results of the construction industry in 2019 and plans for the current year. He said that in 2019, more than 200 buildings of various purposes were built in Tatarstan capital, including 78 multi-apartment houses, 30 social facilities, 19 industrial and warehouse buildings, and 72 administrative and commercial venues.

The previous year was quite successful for the housing construction industry, A. Nigmatzyanov noted. In Kazan, 1 million 14 thousand square meters of housing were put into operation, which is 26% more than the year before.
