Tatiana Prokofieva: “Together we jumped through hoops”

(KZN.RU, June 20, Ksenia Shvetsova). Today the meeting of the XXXIV session of the Kazan City Duma is taking place in the City Hall. Ilsur Metshin, the Mayor of the capital of Tatarstan, presented the distinction “For Labor and Valor for the Benefit of Kazan” to Tatiana Prokofieva, who leaves the post of the chief architect of Kazan. It became known on Tuesday during the presentation of the concept of improvement of Yunusovskaya Square and the boulevard on Fatkullin Street.

“Today, we say words of gratitude and goodbye to Tatiana Prokofieva, our chief architect. We started working together after the millennium of Kazan. Then we won the right to host the Universiade, the rapid development of Kazan began”, said the Mayor. “There are no non-responsible positions; all managers bear their burden of responsibility. But the chief architect is the one who predetermines the development of Kazan for centuries ahead. You have always managed to find the best solution that took into account the interests of all citizens”.

During the years of work, Tatiana Prokofieva won the authority of the architectural community both in the republic and far beyond its borders, added I. Metshin. He noted that she would continue to take part in solving important town-planning issues of the city.

“It’s a great joy for me to give you one of the highest awards and thank you on behalf of our team”, said the Mayor.

“10 years is a very long time. I am fortunate that I worked with you for so long, productively and interestingly. Together we jumped through hoops. I want to thank you for each day of these 10 years”, said Tatiana Prokofieva, accepting the award.

At the meeting, they also presented republican and city awards to Kazan citizens, who made a significant contribution to city development. Thus, by the Decree of the Mayor of Kazan, Rausil Khaziev, the general director of AO “Tatenergo”, was awarded the distinction “For the excellent service of Kazan” for his many years of diligent work and contribution to the development of the energy sector of the RT and Kazan.

By the Decree of the President of the RT, Olga Menteshashvili, the financial director of AO “Nefis Cosmetics” of Kazan Chemical Plant named after M. Vakhitov, was awarded the medal “For Valiant Labor” for her achievements in financial and economic activity and great contribution to the development of the chemical industry of the republic.

The honorary title “Honored Transport Worker of the RT” was conferred to Anzor Partsvaniya, the head of the Automobile Transport Department of the Committee on Transport of the Kazan Executive Committee, for merits in providing transport services and many years of conscientious work.

Alsu Sabirullova, the chief specialist of the Office of the Secretariat of the head of the Municipal Unit of the Kazan City Duma, was given the Letter of Gratitude of the Cabinet of Ministers of the RT for many years of conscientious work and merit in professional activity.

By the Order of the Mayor of the capital of the RT, Lyubov Nikiforova, the head of the Accounting and Reporting Department of the Sovetsky district’s administration, was awarded a distinction “For conscientious work and merit in professional activities”. Elena Sokolova, an expert of the Department for organization activities of the administrative commissions of the Executive Committee, was awarded a medal “For many years of work and contribution to the city development”.

For conscientious work and merit in professional activities, an honorary diploma of Kazan was presented to Ilya Wolfson, the director of the OOO “Construction and Installation Enterprise 88”. Svetlana Mironova, the head of the department of the institutions of youth policy and social programs of the Committee for Children and Youth, was awarded a diploma of Kazan for conscientious work and contribution to the development of the youth policy of the city.

For many years of conscientious work in the executive authorities of Kazan, the diploma was presented to Irina Novikova, the document manager of the general department of the Administration Office of the Executive Committee.

The Kazan certificate of merit Ilsur Metshin was given to Olga Pushkareva, the midwife of the antenatal clinic of the city clinical hospital №16, for many years of work and merit in the protection of public health.

The gratitude of the Mayor of Kazan was presented to Askar Bagautdinov, the head of the Office of Outdoor Advertising and Information, for many years of conscientious work and contribution to the development of the field of outdoor advertising and information.

The Letter of Gratitude of the Mayor of Kazan was presented to Dmitry Shiller, the chairman of the regional branch of the Russian Geographical Society in the RT, for achievements in the field of underwater research and a great contribution to the development of underwater sports in Tatarstan.
