(KZN.RU,
May 13, Ksenia Shvetsova). Today, Kazan will start pressure testing of the
heating systems of the Kazan Heating Networks (“Tatenergo”) with temporary
canceling of hot water. In the course of works, communal services will have to
shift 46 km of heating networks, inspect all city boiler houses, including reconstruct
11 of them. Dmitry Anisimov, the chairman of the Committee on Housing and
Communal Services, reported on preparations for a new heating season at the
Business Monday today.
This year,
in order to promptly eliminate the identified damages, the workers are divided
into 4 stages and zones, said D. Anisimov. From 13 to 15 of May, the heat
systems of the over-the-river zone from CHPP-2 and the district boiler house
“Savinovo” will be tested. From 3 to 5 of June, from the CHP-3 in the area of
the living space and part of the Aviastroitelny district. From 24 to 26 of June
and from 8 to 10 of July, the central and southern parts of the city, served by
CHPP-1 and the regional boiler house Azino will be left without hot water.
“The AO
“Kazenergo” traditionally conducts pressure tests and repairs of its heating
networks throughout the summer. Hot water cancellation schedules are posted on
the portal KZN.RU and on the site of the Housing and Communal Services
Committee”, said the speaker.
The city
and district organizations began preparing the city for work in the
autumn-winter period of 2019-2020. In total, communal services will have to
prepare 5735 apartment buildings, including 5338 houses with central heating
systems. The central heating systems will be renovated in 87 houses. There are
also 813 social facilities for inspection, including 359 kindergartens, 199
schools, 119 health facilities. During the preparation, it is planned to shift
46 km of heating networks and hot water networks, to prepare 3 CHP and 3
district boiler houses (Azino, Gorki, Savinovo), 46 departmental boiler houses,
and 130 boiler houses of the AO “Kazenergo”. 11 of them will be reconstructed,
said the speaker.
“Technical
readiness of heat supply facilities, central heating systems of buildings
should be ensured by September 1”, he added.
Preparations
for the next heating season in Kazan always begin in advance, noted Ilsur
Metshin the Mayor of Kazan. He instructed all those responsible for this
question to start work and complete it on time. “This is a big, responsible,
time-consuming process. Especially taking into account the wear of city
communications. But we hope that everything will be done on time, with the
necessary quality. And by September 1, the city will be fully ready for the
heating season”, concluded the Mayor.
On May 7,
the heating season ended in Kazan, which began on October 1. Its duration was
218 days, which is 8 days less than last year.
